These terms apply when you browse the Ngviexpo™ website, place an order, contact our team, or use any feature offered through our online store.

Ngviexpo™ is operated by The Citizenry Inc. References to “Ngviexpo™,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to The Citizenry Inc.

By accessing the store or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced on our website. Please discontinue use of the store if you do not accept them.

1. Store Access

You must be legally permitted to use online shopping services and enter into a purchase agreement in your location.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting customer support.

You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity completed through your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

2. Product Presentation

We make reasonable efforts to present our home and lifestyle products accurately, including their materials, measurements, colors, finishes, features, and intended uses.

Actual colors and textures may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, natural material variation, or manufacturing batches.

Product information, specifications, packaging, availability, and included components may be updated when necessary. We may discontinue an item or limit the quantity available for purchase.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated confirmation only acknowledges that the order was received; it does not guarantee acceptance.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when:

  • Pricing or product information contains a material error

  • Shipping is unavailable for the supplied destination

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown.

The amount presented at checkout is the amount used to process the order. Shipping fees, sales taxes, import duties, and other applicable charges may be added where required.

Promotions may have separate conditions, availability periods, or product limitations. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

You authorize our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.

5. Order Changes

Please review product selections, quantities, payment details, and the delivery address before completing checkout.

Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted promptly. We cannot guarantee changes after packing or fulfillment has begun.

Orders that have already shipped are handled under our return and refund policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing schedules, estimated delivery windows, shipping charges, tracking information, and international customs responsibilities are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs reviews, incorrect addresses, regional restrictions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect arrival times.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns, damaged-item reports, replacements, and refunds are handled according to the Ngviexpo™ Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy.

Return authorization must be obtained before sending a product back. Products mailed without instructions may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Appropriate Product Use

Products should be used, cleaned, assembled, and stored in accordance with their descriptions, labels, care instructions, and reasonable household safety practices.

Ngviexpo™ is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper assembly or installation

  • Use outside the stated purpose

  • Failure to follow care instructions

  • Unauthorized modification

  • Normal wear and aging

  • Misuse, neglect, or unsuitable storage conditions

Customers should confirm that a product is appropriate for their space and intended use before ordering.

9. Website Content and Brand Rights

The Ngviexpo™ name, logo, product copy, photographs, graphics, layout, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to The Citizenry Inc.

Website content may be viewed for personal shopping purposes. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, modified, scraped, or used commercially without written authorization.

Nothing on the website grants ownership or a license to use the Ngviexpo™ trademark.

Subject to mandatory legal rights, disputes concerning these terms or the store will be handled by the appropriate courts located in or serving Austin, Texas.
